Objectives: Rhinoplasty is a popular cosmetic surgery, but many patients remain dissatisfied with the outcome of primary rhinoplasty. Revision rhinoplasty complex procedure can yield successful outcomes for patients. This study aims to analyse success rates, complications, and patient satisfaction revision through comprehensive review existing literature statistical analysis relevant data. Methods: A thorough on was conducted using various online databases, including PubMed Google Scholar. Studies published between 2000 2022 were included in this review. Data extracted from these studies analysed evaluate Statistical SPSS software. Results: The 24 showed that rate around 70- 80%, which significantly lower than most common complications bleeding, infection, nasal obstruction.
